Stage 1: Investors purchase TREIT tokens during the construction phase, with each token priced at $100. After one year, the tokens are sold at a projected price of $122.60, providing a return of 22.6% over the year.
Stage 2: After construction is completed, investors can purchase tokens of the finished property, priced at $122.60 each. In this case, investors will receive regular rental income with an annual return of 7.5%.
Investment Opportunity
We are raising investments for a high-yield project, with contributions ranging from $10,000 to $13 million. Investors will participate under personalized terms through individual investment agreements, allowing flexibility in engagement and the potential to earn from both property sales and rentals.
